Job Purpose
As an Automation Specialist at ManpowerGroup, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through the implementation of automation solutions. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage your expertise in design and deploy scalable automation.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gain a deep understanding of business operations and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
* Analyse existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend automation solutions.
* Design and lead interactive workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and drive adoption automations solutions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and training materials, to support knowledge sharing and governance.
* Identify and deliver automation opportunities, leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML tools.
* Work closely with both IT and business teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with organizational policies and standards.
* Inspire a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region to drive understanding and support for the continuous improvement of processes.
* Ability to calmly address and resolve conflicts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Confident in delivering training and support to non-technical users, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of new tools.
* Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple automation initiatives simultaneously.
Technical Competencies
* Strong understanding of Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
* Experience with coding languages like Python (nice to have).
* Experience with database technologies and query languages like SQL, VBA (nice to have).
* Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations and develop innovative solutions within a changing environment.
