As a Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will play a key role in improving our processes, analyzing and developing working instructions, and interacting with internal clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of new ideas and tools.
Responsibilities:
* Apply previously acquired knowledge or acquired during the program to improve our processes.
* Participate in continuous improvement actions, such as SMED, VSM, SOP, OPL, 5's, and TPM.
* Develop working instructions and improve process efficiency.
* Interact with internal clients and stakeholders.
* Contribute new ideas and tools to help develop the business.
* Use SAP ERP system when applicable.
Requirements:
* Recently graduated in Engineering.
* Good collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Love developing and solving challenges in a pragmatic way.
* Knowledge of IT tools is considered an asset.
* Experience or participation in continuous improvement initiatives would be an asset.
