Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Portugal
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated country manager to build and lead our business in the EU region from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
* Manage the entire sales lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance.
* Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
* Conduct market research and provide competitive insights in the DACH region.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
