What You Will Do In This Role Execute high‐volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and "sell" the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards). Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical setup. Utilise strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results‐driven approach. Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards. Your Qualifications Are fluent in European Portuguese (C1/C2) and have a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken. Have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively. Have experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or sales‐related activities. Have previous experience in a contact centre or customer service/sales environment (preferred). Are familiar with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of digital advertising. Are adaptable and flexible in a fast‐paced environment, including availability to work rotating shifts if needed. What's In It For You Competitive salary.
