Upcision is a leading lead generation agency that serves SMBs to Fortune 500 clients. Our team is strong and performance-driven.
This key hire will be responsible for ensuring all systems perform under load. You're a tenacious operator who thinks strategically, acts tactically.
We run high-volume B2B outbound cold email campaigns. When small quality misses slip through, performance collapses. We need a reliability owner who prevents repeat failures, enforces daily QC gates, and runs fast root-cause analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Daily QC across list prep, campaign setup, and live sends. If a gate fails, the campaign stays paused until fixed.
* Bounce and spam signal control. You audit failures, find the cause, and ship the fix before the next send.
* SOP enforcement. You turn documented rules into simple daily checklists that get followed in practice.
* Drift prevention. When a rule keeps failing, you redesign the step until compliance is natural.
* Operational memory. You keep the 'why' behind rules and fixes current so the system survives turnover.
A Day in Your Life
* Review yesterday's failures and classify causes.
* Sample lists for hygiene issues before they go live.
* Verify spacing rules so prospects are not hit too frequently across campaigns.
* Audit executor output, pass or fail it, and escalate blockers immediately.
* Pick the top recurring failure each week and eliminate it permanently.
You'll Be a Great Fit if You Have
* 4 to 10 years owning ops reliability, QA, or process enforcement in a throughput environment (agency, BPO, logistics, outbound, CS ops, fintech ops, or similar).
* A track record of eliminating recurring failures, not managing around them.
* Comfort being the person who says 'here is what is true, here is the proof, here is the correction.'
* Strong written clarity.
