Job Description
Aubay Portugal is a multinational company, established in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. Our organization operates in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning project activities and ensuring their effective rollout. This includes creating procedure documents for DLP platforms, communicating with end-users and establishing knowledge bases for support teams.
In this role, you will provide assistance to all DLP teams during the Group implementation process. You will also set up indicators for monitoring DLP projects and coverage. Additionally, you will ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the DLP project status and aware of their involvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge in Data Loss Prevention topics
* General understanding of IT and IT security
* Ability to comprehend data, IT systems and cyber security risks, applying knowledge of security and data management to regulations
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI tool (mandatory)
* Written and oral fluency in English (C1) and advanced French (B1)
* Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card
