Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative leader to shape our brand's storytelling, campaigns, and social media content while inspiring a talented team. Your role will be to define and lead our creative vision across digital, retail, and experiential channels. You will write and conceptualize high-impact campaigns, oversee photo/video productions from briefing to on-set execution, drive product launches, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns, and ensure consistent engaging storytelling across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will mentor and guide creative teams, track trends, and innovate brand communication.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field, proven leadership experience, strong writing and concept development skills, fluency in Portuguese, and independent English skills.
