Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of project documentation. This includes maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems, as well as coordinating with the project management team to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.

* Maintain and update document control procedures and systems to ensure accurate and accessible project documentation.
* Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
* Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
* Provide training and support to project teams on document control processes and systems.
* Conduct regular revisions to ensure document control processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage document submissions and approvals.
* Prepare and distribute document control reports to project management teams.
* Verify and check for standards compliance.
Key skills required include proven experience in document control management within the construction industry, strong understanding of document control processes and systems, and expert user status in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
