International Sharing School – TagusPark, is seeking to appoint an Junior Accounting Assistant to join our vibrant and diverse school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support the operations of our Accounting Department under the supervision of the Head of Accounting. International Sharing School began delivering the IB PYP, MYP and Diploma Programmes in 2020 and currently hosts approximately 600 students from over 50 nationalities. Our innovative, purpose-built campus is designed to support creativity, collaboration, and sustainability across all learning stages. Role Overview The Candidate we are looking for a committed and analytical professional who brings both precision and initiative to a dynamic and collaborative school environment. You should be solutions-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working under pressure while meeting regulatory and reporting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Classifying and posting financial documents; Performing bank and account reconciliations; Accounting for expense prepayments and accruals; Cataloging fixed assets and accounting for periodic depreciation; Maintaining the fiscal dossier; Submitting quarterly reports to INE; Controlling and converting fixed assets to tangible fixed assets. What We're Looking For Experience working with accounting software (Primavera preferred); Fluency in written and spoken English; Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and critical thinking.
