Aubay Portugal is a multinational company operating in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and specialize in the implementation, development, and maintenance of Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality software components;
* Contribute to system design and architecture decisions;
* Work in Linux-based environments for development and testing;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions;
* Ensure code quality through testing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Application Support, preferably at a 2nd level;
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory;
* Solid understanding of Helpdesk / Service Support principles;
* Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Remedy) for incident, query, and service request management;
* Ability to troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and proactively identify root causes, collaborating with other teams to find solutions.
