Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and participating in daily scrums;
* Planning tasks and supporting coordinating development activities;
* Designing, developing, and maintaining our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions using a microservices architecture;
* Contributing actively as a Lead back-end developer;
* Driving continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles;
* Leading and overseeing the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
* A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET;
* A minimum of 2 years of technical leadership roles;
* Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL);
* A strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles;
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills;
* Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
