You'll play a key role in designing and implementing machine learning models and AI-driven systems, including LLM-based agents, ensuring scalability, performance, and real business value. What will you do day-to-day? Develop machine learning solutions (supervised & unsupervised) and perform advanced data analysis in enterprise contexts Design and implement AI agents using LLMs for use cases such as intelligent customer service, process automation, and assisted analytics Build advanced agent-based systems including LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, guardrails, and secure integrations Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms Work across the full AI lifecycle: data exploration, preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring in production Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions Continuously improve models and systems to ensure performance, reliability, and business impact Key Requirements Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent systems Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Experience with Databricks (preferred) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience in cloud environments and data/AI pipelines Knowledge of .NET and API or microservices integration Experience in banking or financial services projects Experience deploying AI models into production environments Conditions Location: Taguspark – Lisboa Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) Salary: 60,000€ - €68,000 gross/year (depending on experience) + meal allowance + benefits Benefits Direct contract with end client (no outsourcing) Strong work-life balance culture Collaborative and multicultural environment Continuous training and professional development Attractive compensation package Profit-sharing opportunities Private healthcare plan (extendable to family) Preferential housing credit conditions Corporate partnerships and discounts
