Technical Leadership Position
We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development of complex custom websites, platforms, and integrations. They will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web architecture, including front-end, back-end, databases, servers, and integrations. They should have hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience working with WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of complex custom websites, platforms, and integrations
* Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow in their careers
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in web development, engineering, or technical leadership roles
* Proven experience leading development teams and senior engineers within a digital agency or professional services environment
* Strong hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, and Magento
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
