The role - SoftwareAsset ManagerWe are lookingfor a Software Asset Manager who will be responsible for the operational oversight of all software installation service requests, as well as the administration of portfolio databases.
Your mainresponsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing and monitoring the firm's software installation requestsManaging and maintaining the software portfolioProviding responsive and knowledgeable support for queries related to software installation service requests, in alignment with IT asset management standardsEstablishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the process (end users, IT services, Software Management team)Escalating issues and reporting to the Software Management team when necessary.Your profileBSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least one year of professional experience in IT customer serviceProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and comfortable working in a general Windows environmentUnderstanding of service management tools is requiredFamiliarity with working in a ticketing systemFluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
