About the jobAs a safety content writer you will:
Identify language patterns
Rewrite and improve AI-generated responses, adhering to safety categories that might include sensitive content (e.G., sexual content, violent crime, drugs, or alcohol)
Recognise patterns and meaning from the composition of words in the assigned language
Process information to perform the task and incorporate editorial review when applicable
Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when needed.
Your qualificationsYou speak Japanese at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderators, or expert AI teachers is preferred.
A degree in a related field like journalism, communications, or teaching is preferred.
Experience or comfort working on sensitive/objectionable content is a plus.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills, with the ability to use specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
