Brainrocket assembles a new team to develop web/mobile games from scratch.We’re looking for a Game Producer / Product Lead to oversee the development process, ensuring our games are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Define, maintain, and champion the game vision throughout development.
* Manage game projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scope, and deadlines are met.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and artists.
* Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
* Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and ensure team alignment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role in game development.
* Strong understanding of game production pipelines and processes.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to align technical and creative teams around a unified vision.
* Passion for gaming and a player-focused mindset.
Bonus:
* Familiarity with live-ops and games-as-a-service models.
* Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Experience operating projects with $500K in monthly revenue
