Lead Design Manager Role
The ideal candidate will oversee the design process, collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects.
* Promote effective engagement between client design teams and internal staff for coordinated project management.
* Mentor in-house design teams and external consultants to ensure timely design progression.
* Plan and facilitate workshops to resolve issues ahead of site activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the Technical Submittal process to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
* Management of the design query and RFI process, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Coordination of weekly design meetings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication channels.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
* Desirable: Data Centre project experience.
* Degree qualification in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
