Junior Operations Integrator (Open Systems)
Location: Full remote in Portugal
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus
We are looking for a Junior Operations Integrator specialized in Open Systems environments .
You will support production operability, batch scheduling, and incident handling, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role involves assisting in end-to-end responsibilities (Build – Industrialization – Run ), ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices, and participating in operational activities across various systems and platforms.

Linux/Windows administration, Control-M, CFT/Connect:Direct, Tomcat/Apache (IAS), AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, ServiceNow
Technical Prerequisites
* Operating Systems: Linux & Windows (Level 2 – practical)
* Middleware: Tomcat, Apache (Level 2)
* Batch Scheduling: Control-M (Level 2)
* File Transfer: CFT / Connect:Direct (Level 2)
* Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP (Level 2)
* Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (Level 2)
* Monitoring & ITSM: Dynatrace (Level 2), ServiceNow (Level 1)
* Automation & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD (nice to have)
Key Responsibilities
* Support batch job execution and scheduling using Control-M .
* Assist in incident handling (job failures, SLA breaches, dependency issues).
* Manage system resources and troubleshoot file transfer issues.
* Participate in middleware and cloud resource deployment .
* Contribute to automation, security, and observability aligned with DevOps principles.
* Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
