Power Systems Maintenance & Operations Engineer – Manutenção Santiago do Cacém Department What you will do: Supervise and monitor the performance of Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and Public Lighting (PL) installations and equipment, adjusting maintenance policies as necessary; Apply procedures and techniques for the control and management of maintenance work orders; Ensure the implementation of maintenance plans and the restoration of service in MV, LV, and PL networks, in compliance with the company's policies, standards, and specifications; Contribute to the development of the Maintenance Plan and the Investment Plan and Budget; Collaborate on the technical evolution of network management applications for electricity distribution; Apply concepts and techniques for the analysis of electricity distribution networks; Perform mechanical calculations and develop projects for overhead Medium Voltage networks; Prepare requests and authorizations for live-line work or work in proximity to live equipment; Interact with various stakeholders (suppliers, clients, and service providers), ensuring effective resolution of incidents and problems. Employment type: Full-Time Work site: Hybrid Model City: Santiago do Cacém What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, ideally with a specialization in the Energy field; Up to 2 years' experience (professional activity in Electrical Engineering); Strong ability to work within a team and good interpersonal skills; Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and resilience are highly valued skills; Good computer skills (Windows) and proficiency in Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps; Fluency in Portuguese and solid knowledge of English; Availability for occasional travel within the country; Integrate an on-call availability schedule.
