The Role: IT Delivery Manager Location: Lisbon Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office Sector: Financial Services ️ Languages: English & French (C1) Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable) - 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience; - Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; - Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools); - ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery; - Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Nice to have: - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM); - Experience in enterprise-scale or cloud-based delivery environments. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end IT project delivery (scope, time, cost, quality); - Coordinate cross-functional teams aligned with business objectives; - Track progress, report status, and manage risks/issues proactively; - Manage vendors and drive continuous delivery process improvements.
