Your New Rol e As Head of Fund Data Flow Management, you will be responsible for leading a critical operational team, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of fund-related data flows, while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth. You will combine team leadership with operational oversight, playing a key role in optimising processes and ensuring high service quality across international stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include : Leading the day-to-day management of the Data Flow Team, including workload supervision, prioritization and team developmen t Ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, analysis and distribution of correspondence from Fund Administrators and Transfer Agent s Coordinating the efficient electronic dissemination of information to relevant operational team s Overseeing accurate data extraction from documentation to support downstream processing and automation initiative s Collaborating closely with internal operational departments to prioritize critical activitie s Driving process optimization by reviewing communication channels, data flows and system functionalitie s Leading and contributing to projects impacting processes, systems and team scop e Ensuring strong operational controls, risk awareness and service quality standard s Acting as a key point of contact between local teams and international stakeholder s Promoting a collaborative, proactive and client-oriented culture within the tea mWhat You'll Need to Succe ed Minimum 5 years' experience in banking operations or fund administration, with at least 2 years in a management role within an international environme nt Strong understanding of fund administration, custody operations or transfer agency workflo ws Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environme nt Proven leadership and people management capabiliti es Excellent communication and stakeholder management skil ls High level of organization, accountability and decision-making abili ty Proactive, solution-oriented and autonomous minds et Experience with operational data flows, document management systems or process optimization (nice to hav e)Knowledge of data management, machine learning or AI-based processing (plu s)Fluent English (French is a plu s)What You'll Get in Ret urn A strategic leadership role within an international environment, offering strong exposure to operations and data management in the funds indust ry.
