Job Role: Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract compliance and registration within our ERP system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
* Preparing and reviewing sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
* Monitoring contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, creating reports, and initiating actions in case of deviations;
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
* Providing support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;
* Strong understanding of contract management principles;
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
* Familiarity with presentations to stakeholders;
* Fluency in French and English (both languages mandatory).
