We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support users of a popular streaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Support users with account issues, subscriptions, and streaming inquiries
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
What We Offer:
Salary: 1,000 euros/month (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: 100 euros/month (paid over 12 months)

What You Need:
Fluent Italian (spoken & written) and good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer service experience is a plus
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
