Overview:
Reporting to the E-commerce Leader,
you will play a strategic role in the evolution and transformation of our digital ecosystem, ensuring the delivery and optimization of platforms, digital solutions, and omnichannel experiences.
Your mission will be to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth through technology, design, and data — co-leading the digital transformation and the implementation of e-commerce projects based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will act as the key link between internal teams, external partners, and business areas, ensuring consistency, performance, and innovation across all digital experiences, guiding teams toward a scalable ecosystem ready for international expansion.
You will directly oversee a
UX/UI Digital Experience Designer
, providing mentorship and functional leadership to ensure alignment between digital strategy, user experience, and the brand's design system.
What will you do?
* Manage critical e-commerce and digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and with high quality standards.
* Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) projects.
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners (Salesforce, system integrators).
* Oversee the evolution of the digital ecosystem (website, app, omnichannel, PIM, OMS, marketplace, AI).
* Plan roadmaps, budgets, and resources.
* Measure and optimize performance and conversion KPIs.
* Prepare the digital ecosystem for international expansion.
* Lead and mentor a UX/UI Digital Experience Designer.
What are we looking for?
* 4+ years of experience
in digital project and/or e-commerce management.
* Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Strong stakeholder and external partner management skills.
* Solid knowledge of e-commerce, UX/UI, analytics, SEO, PIM, OMS, and API integrations.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and results orientation.
* Fluent English (mandatory). Salesforce or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
