Job Title: Salesforce Platform Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce developer to join our team. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce environment, including Service, Field Service, Sales, B2B Commerce, and other features.
You will work independently to analyze and understand the requirements of various stakeholders, including project, interface, infrastructure, business, and integration partner teams. You will take ownership of the technical and functional management of Salesforce development in line with company goals.
You will design and implement solutions within the system using Salesforce best practices. You will develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on custom applications, automations, and API integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* +3 years of experience working in Salesforce development;
* Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as configuration of complex Salesforce environments;
* Experience in interface design and system integration involving Salesforce;
* Familiarity with release management and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps, Git, SFDX) (is a plus);
* Independent, structured working style combined with an open and communicative personality;
* Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
