Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dev Ops Developer to join our team in Faro. As a Dev Ops Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases, automate processes and improve overall efficiency and quality of our software development lifecycle. You will also play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python, experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment. This is a full‐time position with a salary of $1,600 per month.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with software developers to design and implement automated build, deployment, and testing processes.
Develop tools and scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
Manage code releases across multiple environments.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Work closely with system operators to ensure smooth integration between development and operations teams.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality meets standards.
Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Continuously evaluate existing systems for potential improvements or upgrades.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Proven experience working as a Dev Ops Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
