Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
* You will be the first point of contact between customers and service providers.
* You will provide information on product availability in a friendly and courteous manner.
* You will ensure a smooth process for product delivery.
* You will communicate effectively with service providers to resolve any delivery issues.
What Sets You Apart:
* A completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of experience in customer service or order management.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP (especially MM and SD modules).
