In this role, you will provide outstanding support and service to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with their energy needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to energy services and products offered by Eneco Provide accurate information regarding account management, billing, and service options Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control and follow-up Collaborate with various teams to ensure the efficient processing of customer requests and enhancements to the service experience Stay informed about Eneco's offerings, campaigns, and regulatory changes to deliver up-to-date support to clients Requirements Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken);
