Overview We are searching for a skilled Back‐End Developer to join our team on a part‐time basis in Faro. The role involves creating and maintaining the server‐side of our web applications, integrating front‐end elements with server‐side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front‐end requests. The position offers flexible hours and a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side code for web applications. Integrate front‐end elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with front‐end developers to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back‐end development. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Back‐End Developer. Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++). Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx). Familiarity with API development. Strong problem‐solving skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of front‐end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
