What we're looking for: Strong experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security) for building IAM-related services and integrations. Solid understanding of core IAM processes, including identity lifecycle management (JML), role-based access control (RBAC), authentication, and authorization flows. Experience integrating identity solutions with directories and APIs, with SailPoint integration experience being a strong plus (but not mandatory). Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with protocols such as SCIM, LDAP, SAML, or OAuth2 for identity federation and provisioning. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management for identity data storage and audit logging. Experience with unit testing, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of IAM components. Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and their native IAM tools is a plus.
