A great position is now available in
Production. We are hiring a Temporary Merchandiser for 8 Months
to help us reach the best deal by building mutually profitable relationships
with our suppliers. Make your career possible!
What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed
into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct
point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of
good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
Is this your next challenge?
As Merchandiser in Production, you have
ownership over executing the merchandising workflow to secure the best
product offer. That means driving the development,
quotation and order follow up processes and manage price
negotiations according to the price method. As well as managing order
processing and monitor production to ensure smooth and timely supply of
merchandise.
We also look for some Technical
knowledge to be able to ensure styling, workmanship and fit, contribute to supplier's
knowledge in translating product trends into innovative technical solutions.
Receive sample comments and convert to reports.
We also want you to be a proactive member of the team, taking initiative to solve
problems and sharing learnings!

Of course, you can't do all this by yourself! There's a great team of
people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who
will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the
Senior Merchandiser, you will partner up with colleagues working with Quality,
Material & Technical roles. You will also work closely with our
suppliers to decide how to develop and produce our products, as well as our
Buying Office.
And how is it to work in Production? Of course, we think it's great, but you
should ask people who work here what they think! We are confident that they
will tell you that we strive to live by our values, creating a work atmosphere
which is collaborative, inclusive and engaging.

Who are you?
The person we are looking for is a team player, can
drive towards the common goal and should preferably have extensive knowledge in
the circular knit (jersey fabrics) product category and
production technology including production components.
Pattern making knowledge is a plus. Communication skills
& fluent English and Portuguese
written and spoken will also be a key element when deciding who we will hire
for the role as you will need to build relationships globally across Production
and Buying Office. You need to be an active driver since you will need to drive
to supplier time to time. Most importantly though, we are looking for someone
who is passionate about contributing to the team!
