Job Description:
* Provide first-level technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, or chat.
* Respond to and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of technical issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
* Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), software applications (MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
