What are your main responsibilities?
Define BI standards, taxonomies, and governance practices.
Build semantic models and intuitive dashboards with strong UX principles.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and business teams (Sales, CX, HR, Finance).
Modernize legacy reporting and support our transition to Data Vault 2.0.
Strategic impact on BI platform and analytics standards.
Full ownership of delivery—from concept to production.
Cross-functional collaboration and visibility across the organization.

What do we expect from you?
4–6 years in BI/Analytics, with 3+ years of Power BI experience.
Strong SQL, DAX, M, and experience with tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit.
Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and UX design.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Synapse, and Python is a plus.
Proactive, independent, and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
