We are looking for a Post-Harvest Assistant to join our team and support daily post-harvest operations. This is a hands-on, operational role, with active involvement across all stages of the post-harvest process, carried out in a controlled environment and in close collaboration with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support post-harvest activities, including processing, drying, curing, trimming, grading, and packaging
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Assist with quality control and the separation of non-conforming product
• Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• Work closely with the supervisor and team members to ensure processes are followed correctly
• Perform computer tasks related to records, data entry, and internal systems
Profile:
• Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Interest in operational roles and teamwork
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and quality
• Willingness to learn and grow within the post-harvest area
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, internal systems)
• Previous experience in agriculture or post-harvest operations
