We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations and drive growth in this exciting field.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supervising production teams, with expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and biobased materials.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Manage production KPIs, quality control, and maintenance schedules.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (COO, CTO, QA, logistics, engineering).
* Train and develop a high-performance production team.
* Oversee project timelines and production flow.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
* 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within a biotechnology related industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and biobased materials.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Slack, and production systems.
