At Randstad Digital Portugal, we have an open opportunity for a Business Analyst for one of our key clients in the banking sector.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the functional design, implementation, maintenance, and support of invoice processing platforms and related processes within the Group. You will report to the Procure to Pay Process Purchasing and Projects Team Leader.
Main tasks:
* Ensure functional analysis and design of appropriate processes for invoice handling in I2P, P2P, and O2C processes, in accordance with the Group's Central Procure to Pay Model;
* Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and carry out the necessary follow-up planning with IT development teams;
* Define test scenarios, execute tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with key business users;
* Provide functional support to business lines on the correct use of the tool, including the production of necessary functional documentation and conducting training for key users or other business analysts on the team;
* Change Management;
* Assess the impact of changes and manage change requests;
* Ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems;
* Support training and communication plans.
Technical Skills:
* Degree in Finance / Information Systems / Business Intelligence / Computer Science / Economics / Business Management or similar
* Knowledge of Dematerialization Tools, Readsoft Process Director for Accounts Payable, SAP modules process (MM, SD and Authorizations)
* Knowledge on Project management methodologies is a plus
