?? Venga: bridging innovative blockchain technologies to traditional finance
Venga is on a mission to take blockchain innovations from the world of Web3 and DeFi and make them understandable and accessible in everyday life.
That's why we're building a platform where people in Catalonia, Spain and beyond can easily discover, invest, and navigate the world of crypto — with a design, tone, and product that feel local and trustworthy.
?? Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a
hybrid Product Manager
with a dual focus: strong technical understanding of
Fintech Core systems
(payments, ledgers, rails) and a hands-on passion for
UX/UI Design
.
You will work directly with the Head of Product to execute Venga's strategy. You won't just manage tickets; you will architect the logic behind our payment flows using BPMN and bring the user interface to life in Figma. If you understand how a SEPA transfer works under the hood and obsess over the pixel-perfect design of the confirmation screen, this role is for you.
?? What You'll Be Doing
Work with the CEO and Head of Product to understand and execute Venga's product vision and development roadmap.
Manage
the whole
Product Lifecycle Management
. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration—ensuring effective prioritisation throughout the process.
You will be the backlog owner, creating and prioritising user stories, following and creating the product roadmap.
Take
ownership
of product leadership. You will lead and innovate, ensuring our product is at the forefront of the industry.
Own entire Fintech product development processes from concept ideation and partnership development to user acquisition.
Own the Payment Rails:
Deep dive into payment providers and banking infrastructure. You will design the logic for fiat on-ramps/off-ramps and ensure seamless integration with our crypto ledger.
Prepare overall
business process
BPMN and/or flow diagrams to show the end-to-end product functionality.
Split product features into
epics
and
user stories
, and write detailed descriptions of each user story that will be ready for engineering.
You will work closely with an engineering team to define product requirements and objectives, ensuring the development process runs efficiently and all deadlines are met.
Working with the design team, you will manage the UX/UI design process from start to finish, from wireframes to finished designs, building the UX flows in Figma yourself, and owning the UX/UI for your products.
You will set KPIs and track usability results while proactively proposing product enhancements to elevate user experiences and boost retention.
You will continuously conduct usability tests, surveys, and user interviews to gather data that you will feed into the product and relay to the marketing team.
?? Who You Are & What You'll Need
You have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, specifically payment rails (SEPA, Cards) and banking integrations.
You have rich experience in product metrics and analytics, and can help set up tracking from scratch.
Prior work experience in a startup environment in crypto and Web3 is a huge plus.
A very high level of English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.
Product Management and UX Certifications will give you an advantage.
Excellent planning and project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
You are exceptionally well organised and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
Your time zone must be within CET +/- 2 hours.
