As a Center Medical Specialist, you will be working at one of our plasma donation centers where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of donors. You will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability, build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, and provide education on general health and counseling on unacceptable test results.
This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and within guidance of oral or written instructions. You will also need to possess strong analytical skills to evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, and assist in employee training.
The ideal candidate for this position will be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, EMTB (Basic) or EMTA (Advanced). Current CPR certification is required. A High School Diploma or GED is also necessary.

* Current certification/license in good standing
