Your Role
* Daily production checks to ensure that any incidents or delays are managed quickly and effectively, always prioritizing the production environment.
* Following the full lifecycle of incidents, including escalation, coordination with IT OPS teams, and proactive communication with affected entities.
* Supporting problem-solving related to data issues.
* Preparing incident reports, critical event summaries, and improvement recommendations.
* Managing infrastructure requests (databases, storage, communications, monitoring).
* Overseeing changes made by IT OPS, ensuring follow-up, documentation, and communication.
* Coordinating deliveries with IT OPS for pre-production and production environments after testing validations.
* Monitoring storage capacity and infrastructure costs in collaboration with FINOPS.
* Analyzing changes and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
What We Look For
* At least 1 year of experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
* Advanced MS Office, ITIL process management, ServiceNow, Jira.
* Experience with monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK (Kibana, Grafana).
* Unix/Linux (Shell) experience.
* Basic knowledge of CI/CD toolsets: GitLab, Jenkins.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies.
* English proficiency.
