About the Role:
Aubay is seeking an experienced UX/UI Consultant to join our team. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and customers to create user-centric designs that meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human behavior and mental models, with the ability to translate this into intuitive interfaces. They should be able to balance productivity with experimentation from early design stages, and have experience creating and delivering keynotes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and functional prototypes.
* Required Skills:
* At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
* Solid understanding of end-user behavior and mental models
* Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification
* Ability to clearly communicate user impact
* High attention to detail across research, mock-ups, and specifications
