We are looking for an experienced HR System Administrator - Payroll.
Our client is a multinational company expanding its Shared Service Centre.
Description
Lead system administration for Employee Central, ensuring system maintenance, configuration, and process optimization. Collaborate with AMS partners and explore new technology enhancements to improve operations;
Manage configuration elements such as business rules, workflows, permissions, and picklists;
Oversee integrations, scheduled jobs, and data replication between EC and ECP to ensure accurate payroll data flow;
Align system processes with business requirements, ensuring user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Provide guidance to functional teams on system capabilities;
Collaborate with technical support to maintain effective self-service, help desk, and escalation processes. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery;
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage security roles, and support regional administrators.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field;
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration and 3+ years supporting Employee Central Payroll or SAP Payroll (cloud or on-premise);
Strong knowledge of global HR processes, payroll operations, and compliance requirements;
Experience in HR system implementation, project management, and process optimization;
Background in global, multi-country environments;
Understanding of HR data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR);
SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP certification preferred;
Experience in process design, vendor management, and service delivery;
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
