Job Position: Support Analyst
We are seeking an experienced technical professional to support our custom Outsystems applications.
* Transition, support, and maintenance of Outsystems platforms.
* Collaborate with clients to identify requirements, design solutions, and provide estimates.
* Lead a technical team to deliver complex projects.
* Develop solutions that include both mobile and web platforms.
* Deploy global solutions with minimal disruptions.
* Solve major bugs, performance issues, etc.
* Propose practical improvements to make the application more usable/supportable.
* Ongoing optimization or changing an existing architecture without introducing major bugs/issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Outsystems object-oriented programming skills.
* Strong analytical and design skills.
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* Proficiency in Visual Studio and other development tools.
* Thorough understanding of development best practices.
* Ability to work as an independent developer.
Preferred Skills
* Full stack Microsoft dev experience with SQL.
* C#.net, VB.net, ADO.net, and ASP.net skills.
* Consulting background with a record of delivering solutions in client-facing roles.
