* Optimize Equipment Availability
* Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy that includes preventive, autonomous, and predictive maintenance
* Design, implement, and continuously improve the preventive and predictive maintenance planning process for production equipment and facilities
* Source and procure necessary spare parts and supplies in a timely manner
* Establish and implement global TPM processes and methods to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Implement data-driven predictive maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and extend the lifespan of capital equipment
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant field with a preference for automotive industry background
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of planning tools
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Technical expertise in Automation, Electrical, and Mechanical fields
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
