About the Job
This is a Customer Support role where you will work with customers in Spanish. You'll be based in Greece and work remotely.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills (minimum B2 level). They should also have basic computer skills and be able to problem-solve effectively.
You'll be working with an international team and supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. The goal is to ensure every customer has an excellent service experience and feels valued in every interaction.
