You Will Need
* +5 years of experience as a Database Administrator;
* Proven proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases;
* Strong Knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, replication, partitioning, and clustering;
* Fluent in Portuguese (other languages are a plus);
* CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
* Proven proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python ou similar) and monitoring tools (ex.: Prometheus, Grafana);
* Solid understanding of security best practices, backup policies, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management.
