About the Role
Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented professional to lead technical project management and execution for electrical projects, focusing on excitation systems and start-up converters. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with international colleagues to drive the energy transition through diverse projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in technical project documentation, internal functional tests, customer acceptance tests, and on-site commissioning of excitation systems. You will also have the chance to collaborate with sales and bid management to develop technical concepts, schedules, and cost calculations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical project management and execution for electrical projects, focusing on excitation systems and start-up converters.
* Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients, suppliers, and third parties, facilitating technical meetings and on-site activities.
* Conduct Basic and Detail Engineering, ensuring comprehensive technical project documentation.
* Oversee internal functional tests, customer acceptance tests, and on-site commissioning of excitation systems.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced electrical engineer with a degree in electrical engineering. You should have expertise in electrical design, including circuit diagrams and interface lists, as well as familiarity with excitation equipment or drive and converter technology.
Familiarity with electrical auxiliary power supply and power plant operating modes is also required. You should be willing to travel abroad up to 80% of the year, for periods of up to 3-4 months in a row.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in electrical engineering.
* Expertise in electrical design, including circuit diagrams and interface lists.
* Familiarity with excitation equipment or drive and converter technology.
* Basic understanding of electrical auxiliary power supply and power plant operating modes.
* Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and German language skills are a plus.
