Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain territory Plans of Action based on strategic SMART goals, adopting omnichannel solutions and updating HCP profiles in CRM databases. Integrate 360 views on account plans, contributing to the development of Amgen business through a role x-functional model and by developing best practices within Amgen Values. Demonstrate expertise as a Territory Disease Expert with deep understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate. Based on Amgen Performance 4, develop networks and effective long‐standing HCP relationships to be viewed as a solution partner by understanding both HCP and Amgen needs. Identify and seek x‐functional support to implement Results‐Oriented Solutions or Programs for disease health ecosystems aligned with budget and POA priorities. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self‐learning and participation in agreed training programs. Begin with a 12‐month contract, which could be extended. Qualifications Basic qualifications: Minimum 3‐5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related role. Experience and knowledge of the hospital environment (medical specialties). Experience and knowledge of patient and customer journeys. Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office). Experience with multi‐channel customer engagement. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written. Relevant local legal qualification. Be based in Lisbon, Alentejo or Algarve. Preferred requirements: Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles. Experience in cardiology and proven hospital network. Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels. Exposure to project management principles.
