Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
A dynamic and ambitious role is now available for a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This exciting opportunity is part of the Nestlé Human Resources SHE department, where you will play a key role in ensuring excellence in Safety, Health, and the Environment at the site.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé SHE standards and principles. This involves integrating SHE into planning, operational reviews, and implementing effective risk management procedures. You will be responsible for guiding the implementation of the SHE strategy, communicating it to management, and proposing modifications to the plans as required during the implementation journey to reflect changes in risk.
* Ensure high standards of health & hygiene conditions for workers, with appropriate emergency medical response;
* Implement Strategy: Guide the implementation of the SHE strategy, and communicate to management. Ensure the implementation plan includes effective risk management procedures,

What Will Make You Successful
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Degree in Technical of Occupational health and safety - CAP Level VI;
* Previous experience as SHE Specialist is important;
* Availability for occasional travel within Portugal;
* Strong organizational and analytical skills;
