We're currently searching for an
experienced business development manager
to create and implement an effective sales strategies that expand our reach and strengthen client relationships.
This is
a rare opportunity to build a business development department
from the ground up, working closely with some of

. Over time, you will gain and train sales professionals, while actively seeking out other business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate our agency on the competitive market.

Objectives & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business growth strategy from the ground up
Set up, optimize, and maintain a CRM system
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Nurture and grow relationships with clients and prospects
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to key stakeholder
Use financial techniques to improve revenue
Monitor and report on sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Track all business-related invoices
Train and oversee the work of sales professionals
Skills & Qualifications
Proven record of business and sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related fields
Experience specifically in SEO, Digital Marketing, and/or Web Development is a plus
Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
Educational background in business, marketing, or finance is desirable
Mastery of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project and people management skills

Compensation
Base + Commission
Target Salary: $108,000 - $250,000
