Job Title: Media IT Support
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Media IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality media asset management (MAM) solutions to our European broadcast clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or computer science, with experience in implementing and supporting MAM projects using Vidinet. You should be familiar with Linux server administration, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services, as well as have knowledge of video/audio codecs and file formats.

About the Role
* Implement and support Vidinet MAM projects for European broadcast clients.
* Assist clients during requirements gathering and system specification.
* Develop and maintain test/integration environments, working closely with internal teams.
* Integrate third-party systems via RESTful APIs.
* Support GoLive activities and perform system testing with clients.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including issue analysis, updates, and troubleshooting.
* Create and maintain documentation and train customer support teams.
* Contribute to process improvements for project delivery and support.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field – or equivalent experience.
* Familiarity with media IT systems and Media Asset Management software.
* Understanding of broadcast/media workflows and technologies.
